Limited Warranty

If certain parts are found to be defective, damaged in shipping, or missing from any kit, these parts will be replaced free of charge (shipped by First-Class Mail). This warranty does not apply to any parts that were damaged due to misuse or accident during assembly and afterwards. This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts.

If the shipment was lost in mail (was not delivered by 15 business days after the date it was sent), another one will be sent (shipped free of charge by First-Class Mail). This warranty does not apply to shipments outside the United States.

You may return your kits/parts for a complete refund within 30 days from the day of shipment provided that all items are in new unused condition. Shipping charges are not refundable both ways.

Normally most of the orders are shipped by the next business day after receiving the payment. We reserve the right to delay shipments in some occasions, especially for large orders. If you order assembled digital counter it may also delay the shipment 1-2 business days.

We do not have any control over delivery time by postal or other carriers. Keep in mind that Express Mail that is normally delivered the next day to most areas may take longer to places with smaller population. Please be aware that international shipments sometimes may be delayed due to customs clearing in your country for 1-2 weeks or even longer.
